3. Newsletter and Waitlist (HubSpot)
For registration for the waitlists and for sending the related emails, we use HubSpot, a service provided by HubSpot, Inc., 2 Canal Park, Cambridge, MA 02141, USA. On the basis of a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR, HubSpot processes the data you provide on our behalf.
The data processed includes the data you enter in the form (email address, name, company, and optionally the robot system you use), the date and time of registration, and the date and time of your confirmation. The legal basis for this processing is your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.
Registration takes place using a double opt-in procedure: after submitting the form, you will receive an email asking you to confirm your email address. We will only add you to the waitlist after you have confirmed your address. We store the date and time of registration and confirmation in order to be able to demonstrate your consent.
Providing your personal data for the waitlists is voluntary. However, we cannot add you to the waitlist or send you related emails without the information required for registration and your confirmation through the double opt-in process.
You may withdraw your consent at any time, for example by using the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us at contact@prehensio.ai. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal. Following withdrawal, we will delete your data from the waitlist; evidence of your consent will be retained until the applicable statutory limitation periods have expired.
Your data is transferred to the United States. HubSpot, Inc. is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. The transfer is carried out on this basis and, where required, on the basis of the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
